Return and Refund Policy


1-DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2-CANCELLATION PERIOD

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped (2 business days). If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

3-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after receipt of the goods, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@kpatches.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 68-70 Shaftesbury Avenue, W1D 6LY, London.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4-RETURN

The following requirements must be met in order to receive a refund:

- The items have not been used and do not show signs of use.

- The items are in their original condition and sealed.

- The support team has been contacted for the further steps of the return process.

- The items have been returned within 30 days of receipt.

5-SHIPPING COSTS RETURN

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable.


6-GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customs duties and any applicable taxes must be paid by the buyers themselves. Our customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

You may consider a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.

7-EXCHANGE

We will only replace items within 30 days if they are defective, damaged. Replacement items are not eligible for exchange or a claim.

8-REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@kpatches.com.

9-90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to feel confident and supported in your health journey.
If you use our patches consistently for 90 days and don’t see any visible or noticeable results, we’ll issue a full refund, no return required.

To qualify:

1. You must have used the patches as directed for at least 75–90 consecutive days.

2. You must provide:

▪ Before and after photos (taken under similar lighting and angles).

▪ A short written statement describing your experience and confirming correct usage

3. Submit your request within 90 days of your order date to support@kpatches.com.

Once your claim is verified, we will refund 100% of your order to your original payment method within 10 business days.

While we handle each return request individually, we reserve the right to deny free returns for orders placed in error.
